How We Work
We're remote-first and Ontario-based. We move deliberately, ship often, and stay close to the veterinary professionals we serve. Everyone on the team has direct contact with users — there's no layer between you and the people you're building for.
Small on purpose
We're not trying to be a big company. We're trying to build the right thing for a specific community. That means staying lean and staying focused.
Care about craft
We take quality seriously — in code, in copy, in design. We'd rather do fewer things well than many things adequately.
Close to users
Our users are veterinarians, RVTs, and students. We talk to them constantly. The best ideas come from listening.
